Accepted Payment: For all orders placed through our online store, we exclusively accept PayNow.

Security & Privacy: All transactions are processed securely. Online Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

No Returns & No Refunds: All online sales are final. We do not offer cash, credit card, or store credit refunds for any web orders under any circumstances.

7-Day Exchange Window: We gladly facilitate product or size exchanges within 7 days of your delivery date.

Subject to Availability: All exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability. If your required size or item is out of stock, an exchange cannot be fulfilled.

Resale Condition Requirements: To be eligible for an exchange, items sent back to us must be completely unused, unworn, and in their original, undamaged packaging (including helmet boxes, tags, protective plastics, and visor stickers).

Strict Exclusions: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on items that show any signs of installation or road wear (e.g., intercoms that have been mounted, chains that have been cut, or helmets worn on a ride). The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item to us for an exchange.

Product Availability & Pricing

Sizing & Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, sizing charts, and technical specifications (such as helmet certifications) on our website are accurate. Minor variations may occur.

Product Images: Please note that product photos are for illustration purposes only. Actual product colors, finishes, or minor details may look slightly different in person due to photographic lighting, studio setups, or variations in individual digital screen displays.

Stock Availability: Website stock is subject to change. If an item you ordered online is completely unavailable and cannot be fulfilled, our team will contact you right away to arrange an alternative or process a full cancellation and refund.

Pricing Errors: In the rare event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price on our website, we reserve the right to correct the error before processing the order. If your payment has already been completed, a full refund for the incorrect amount will be issued immediately.

RACING WORLD provides high-quality protective riding gear and helmets engineered for impact protection. However, motorsport and road riding are inherently risky activities.

RACING WORLD, its employees, and its partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of any products purchased through our online store. It is the rider's sole responsibility to ensure proper fitment, sizing, and helmet fastening before operating any vehicle.

Website Account & Order Management

To maintain a secure shopping environment, we monitor for unauthorized payment activity. We maintain the right to cancel orders or restrict website account access at our discretion if we detect potential payment issues, fraudulent activity, or a clear breach of our online policies.
